Order cancellations requested within 24 hours of the original purchase, will result in a 100% refund. After 24 hours, order cancellations will only be eligible for a 50% refund.

All orders are fulfilled through a third-party print provider. If you are unhappy with your print products, please let me know, so I can work with the provider to make things right.

You should contact me within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing brooksmcfadden.photo@gmail.com. Including the below information will help resolve things quickly.

2. A detailed description of the problem

3. Your order number

4. Some pictures of the issue

Currently, products are only available for shipping in the US. Shipping fees are based on product weights and dimensions.

All orders are fulfilled through a third-party print provider. Estimated delivery dates will not be generated automatically during checkout, but most orders are delivered within 10 business days.

1. Product Type (Metal Print, Canvas, or Print/Poster)

2. Product Size

3. Desired Delivery Date
